Spring Beeswax Encaustic Classes with Deborah Stachowic

Last few classes being taught in the USA as
Deborah is moving to Italy in June!
*
Cultivate your creativity by doing
something fun & creative this spring!

Deborah Stachowic's Beeswax Encaustic classes are fun for both beginners (even those who don’t think of themselves as artistic - you don't need to draw!) and the experienced artist who’d love to be introduced to this exciting medium!

In her classes, Deborah teaches you how to work with beeswax encaustics (click to learn what beeswax encaustic is), she provides all the special equipment, and how to create beautiful pieces with the hot beeswax by collaging materials with the colored waxes. Working with the wax is an enjoyable creative process and it is through that process and experimentation that the magic happens, and the fun!

Here's what a past student has said: "This is some of the most fun I’ve had playing, learning and creating in a long time! 😀" -Reese

Find out what it's like the first evening in Deborah's Beeswax Encaustic class.

In class you'll learn to work with the equipment and materials, and you'll get to know the other students and share ideas. The classes are even more fun taken with a friend or a small group of friends, so talk to them about joining! Please click to see student work from previous classes, and enjoy the beeswax encaustic paintings below from students from a 1 day Saturday class last Fall and be inspired!
